Signature Itinerary Themes

Every trip is built from scratch.
These are the ones I'm known for.

No two itineraries I design look the same. But over the years, certain journeys have become signatures — themes clients return to me for. Tell me which one resonates, and we'll craft something extraordinary from it.

The Ultimate Japan Food Tour

2,000+ restaurants in the network, 500+ visited personally, across 45 prefectures. This is a deep dive into Japan's most extraordinary culinary corners — from Hiroshima's hidden okonomiyaki masters to Amami Oshima's island seafood to the izakayas no guidebook has found yet.

ii. Food · Cultural Fusion

Global Cuisines, Perfected in Japan

Japan has taken Italian, Mexican, Israeli, French, Indian, and American BBQ — and quietly made them extraordinary. This tour is for food lovers who want to understand why Tokyo has more Michelin stars than any city on earth, and why the world's best versions of your favorite cuisines might just be hiding in Japan.

JPow: Hidden Japan Ski Journeys

Japan's powder snow is legendary among skiers in the know — and the best mountains go far beyond Niseko. From Hokkaido to the Japanese Alps, I'll route you to the runs and the après-ski izakayas that make Japan skiing unforgettable.

The Golden Route Reimagined

Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka — the classic Japan journey, but done the way most travelers never experience it. Skip the tourist queues and step inside the real versions: the hidden izakaya in Kyoto's backstreets, the ryokan in Hakone with the perfect Fuji view, the Osaka street food spot that only locals know. The Golden Route, finally done justice.

v. Northeast Japan

The New Golden Route: Tohoku

While crowds descend on Kyoto, savvy travelers are discovering Japan's northeast — Tohoku. Ancient festivals, pristine nature, world-class sake country, and zero tourist congestion. I've explored every corner of it.

Wellness Adventures: Sacred Sites & Hot Springs

From the sacred bridge at Ise Jingu — Japan's most revered Shinto shrine — to the sacred gorges of Takachiho, ancient onsen towns, mountain ryokans, and Japan's most powerful spiritual power spots, this journey is for those who want to return home genuinely renewed. We'll route you through the places where the country comes to heal itself.

Jewish-Japan Heritage Journey

One of history's most moving and least-known stories. Chiune Sugihara — Japan's Oskar Schindler — hand-wrote thousands of visas to save Jewish lives, routing refugees through Tsuruga, Japan's "Port of Humanity." From there, communities took root in Kobe, while Nagasaki holds perhaps the most poignant stops of all: a Jewish cemetery and the site where a synagogue once stood — a lost community, remembered. This journey is for those who want to bear witness and come away forever changed.

viii. Romance · Special Occasions

Honeymoon & Anniversary Japan

Japan is one of the world's great romantic destinations — and most couples barely scratch the surface. I design deeply intimate itineraries: private ryokan dinners, hidden onsen retreats, cherry blossom moments, and reservations at restaurants that take months to get into. This is Japan for two, done right.
